Róisín O and Shobsy Launch the Summer Series
The 2026 season kicks off on Thursday, 11th June with a double-header featuring two of Ireland's most distinctive and accomplished vocal performers.
Leading the opening night is Róisín O, whose powerful vocals, infectious energy and unique blend of folk, pop and alternative rock have earned her a loyal following across Ireland and beyond. Known for captivating live performances, she brings both charisma and authenticity to every stage she steps onto.
Joining her on the bill is rising star Shobsy, one of Ireland's most talked-about new artists. Celebrated for his soaring falsetto, theatrical stage presence and synth-pop sound, Shobsy expertly bridges the gap between classic 1980s pop influences and contemporary alternative music. Soda Blonde Bring Their Cinematic Alt-Pop Sound to Leopardstown
The following Thursday, 18th June, sees acclaimed Irish alt-pop outfit Soda Blonde take over the stage.
Widely regarded as one of Ireland's most innovative bands, the four-piece have built a reputation for their sleek production, emotionally charged songwriting and striking visual identity. Their cinematic soundscapes and raw lyrical honesty have helped them carve out a unique place in the Irish music scene, making their Leopardstown appearance one of the most anticipated dates of the series.
BIIRD Set to Deliver an Explosive Traditional Music Showcase
The July programme begins in spectacular fashion on Thursday, 16th July with BIIRD.
The rapidly rising all-female Irish traditional and folk supergroup has become one of the hottest names in contemporary folk music. Featuring 11 musicians, BIIRD has built a growing international reputation through electrifying live performances that blend traditional Irish sounds with modern energy and musicianship.
