Alt-rockers, The Belief, release exciting new single

Dublin based band, The Belief, comprise of brothers Mark & Neil Rooney. The duo have been busy in the studio putting the finishing touches to their forthcoming second album which will be released later in the year. Giving a taste of what to expect is the new single, Golden Days.

The soon to be released album is the follow up to The Belief’s debut album, Rock & Roll Candy, which was released back in October 2020 to positive and exciting reviews.

Both Mark & Neil have extensive experience over many years in the Dublin music scene and have played many gigs around town. In the last few years they have also developed a David Bowie tribute act The Bowie Brothers which can be clearly heard on their latest single, Golden Days.

We have tried to recreate an 80’s flavour coupled with a modern feel, for our ‘Golden Days’ single. Anyone familiar with Donald Fagan, Nile Rogers & of course David Bowie will recognise some elements of each in the track, but most of all we hope to have combined our unique sound with these influences - The Belief
