Dublin based band, Yurmah, Release Latest Single

From their studies of jazz and contemporary music to self taught tuition, Yurmah blend sounds to create a new fast and energetic indie rock/mah rock sound.

The group formed as a result of Michael Murphy and producer Tay's desire to get the music written in their bedrooms out to the world.

The latest single from the 6-piece band is Barbarella (Acoustic) a track that the band normally play fast however have returned to its original tempo when it was written by the then 15 year old Michael in his school notebook.

The delicate sounding track features an emotional raw vocal performace supported by subtle strums on an acoutic guitar.

Speaking about the track the band says;

Barbarella is about self doubt and the unknown taking up too much space in your head, and wishing everything to go the way you want it to even if that's a bit selfish.
