Alt-rock band VERA release empowering new single

Based around the incredible vocals of Sarah Toner, Irish alt-band Vera blend elements of groove and soul, retro pop, and rock all underpinned by the raw and powerful vocal.

Formed in 2023 Sarah began recording her catalogue of original material which quickly attracted the talents of Matt Holland (keys/guitar) and David Dalzell (bass), both incredibly talented session musicians and artists in their own right.

Sarah's lyrics cover every possible pitfall of modern love with style, drama and a healthy dose of sarcasm. With a number of well received releases the band has returned with the thumping Leave Me Alone.

Leave Me Alone is a ferocious response to the overburden of messages received from someone you have absolutely no interest in. With relentless synth arpeggiators, thunderous drums and growling melodic bass, the song holds a mirror to the chaos and disorder in our heads when an exasperating individual just won't stay away...but actually, maybe we're the real problem
