Alt/indie rock band The Inside Out Release Summer Smasher

Since their formation indie rock band The Inside Out have been gaining notoriety with its thrilling sound that incorporates influences from rock bands such as Brand New and Modest Mouse.

After the successful debut album, No Brains, No Blood, released in 2022 and the follow up single Mr.Arrogant, the band has continued to grow while working on their highly anticipated forthcoming album set for release later this year (2024).

The latest single from the band is the up-tempo Good Times. Bursting with guitar riffs, a solid rhythm section and strong vocals the track is an uplifting ideal indie-anthem for the summer months.

Lyrically the track captures the boundless freedom often associated with the summer months, dancing, spending carefree nights out with friends, and reflecting on old memories while making new ones.

Speaking about the single lead singer James Howard says;

Good Times is a song I wrote in 2018 about two main ideas. First, the sarcastic feelings of negative events and relationships, and second, the fact that those moments are also good when they are and when they're not, and thats okay. You just need to take a breath, be patient, dont overthink everything, and enjoy the ride of life, one moment at a time
