Alt-rock upstarts Ten Hail Marys release new single

Music Review | 15th April, 2024 I Had A Dream Ten Hail Marys I Had A Dream

Based in Dublin alt-rockers Ten Hail Marys have been carving a name for themselves on the live circuit playing in many renowned venues across Ireland and the UK from their debut sold out show in The Workmans Club last year and sets at venues such as The Grand Social, Whelans, Sebright Arms (UK) and Pharmacia (Limerick) all to packed out rooms.

With a notable and well documented set at Forbidden Fruit 2023, Ten Hail Marys plan to announce more festival appearances for the summer ahead.

The latest single from the four piece I Had A Dream sees the band once again in full rock mode with this guitar driven track.

Speaking about the track the band say;

I Had A Dream discusses themes of heartbreak and desperateness as a relationship comes to an end. The opening line 'Hold my hand, break the bones... but just don't let go of what we've got' conveys how a significant other wants to continue the relationship regardless of the toxic environment that the relationship has become.
The song ebbs and flows from verse to chorus to an instrumental section before a big closing chorus in true Indie Anthem fashion.

I Had A Dream is the first single off a forthcoming Ep planned for release at the end of this summer.
