Galway artist, Teddy Is Offline release unique brand of shoegaze

Carving a position for himself on the Irish shoegaze scene with his unique melancholic sound, Teddy Is Offline, latest single, Time Has Changed You, blends clean-toned electric guitar picking over a drone effect created with layers of synths and a repetitive beat.

The solo project is the brainchild of Galway artist, Celim Costello, who following multiple single releases has become known for his melancholy lyrics and dreamy Shoegaze/dream pop-inspired vocals.

Making music is like therapy for me in a way I'm glad it brings people some comfort and that they can relate to the songs that genuinely means the most to me more than anything.
