Alt-rockers Stratford Rise announce EP release with pounding single

Stratford Rise
2025 is set to be a big year for Irish alternative rockers, Stratford Rise, with the release of their debut eponymous EP. The EP delivers a blistering collection of tracks exploring extremes in music, interlocking rhythms, and combining harsh, noisy ideas with consonant ones.
The Belfast based quartet are leading a new breed of guitar music rising from the Irish noise rock scene. 2024 seen Stratford Rise release the singles Water Running Through Faucet

and Gunshow
, all receiving critical acclaim, including a tip of the hat from BBC6music.
Announcing the bands debut EP is the single, Prone. Following Stratford Rise's unique musical format, the single is filled with chugging distorted chords, pounding beats and a powerful, emotive blend of rap-influenced vocals.
The bands self-titled EP continues in the same manner as the band delivers the trademark abrasive sound with a exploration of melody and lush production, offering audiences a taste of each polar end of the experimental rock spectrum.
