New Music | 30th January, 2024

Alt-Rockers Skies Behind have released their much anticipated debut EP, The Spaces, a collection of soul-stirring tracks that explore themes of trauma, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of meaning in a world fraught with challenges.

Skies Behind The Spaces Skies Behind

The EP opens with the instrumental, Solace, which is a great introduction leading into the bands aggressive rock sound with the fast paced, Red Eyes.

I Love It, takes it up a notch, with plenty of guitar upfront, until shifting down a gear with Seven Months, a slow paced, but still aggressive sounding track.

Harmony Interlude, the second instrumental on the EP, sees the band step into electronic-rock before leading into So Many Ways, which begins with a slow tempo until the lads return to their rocking form.

The EP comes to an end with a guitar trashing intro for CSB, which sees Skies Behind finish on a rocking high.

The Spaces is a great modern-rock EP for fans of distorted guitars and flat out rock drumming.

If your into bands such as the Foo-Fighters than your going to love this EP.
