Following the successful release of previous singles, Vanity, Entertainment and Champagne, Pop-artist Shobsy returns with latest pick yourself back up track.

With an international breakthrough on the horizon the Irish prince of pop latest single, Hold Me Up, embodies genre-hopping rhythm, crossing the boundaries of synth pop into R&B. This Dubliner's natural vocal ability, showmanship yet grounded charismatic and personable character has already gained him a growing legion of fans.

Hold Me Up is really quite a personal song. It's a conversation with my vision of God, it's a plea for help in hard times. Not in the sense of asking pain to end, but rather to have the strength to weather it, and to stay on what I feel is the right path.

I think in our own way, we all find ourselves down and out on our knees at some point. I wrote this song to pick myself back up, and I hope it can do that for others too - Shobsy
