Irish prince of pop Shobsy releases infectious disco track

Dublin based singer Shobsy is an artist on the rise since his first three solo releases Vanity, Driven and The Way We Are received exceptionally support from both Ireland and overseas.

However, a performance on RTE's The Late Late Show lead to far reaching attention as the artist performed a special acoustic re-working of the Jimmy Somerville classic, Smalltown Boy, which went viral and clocked over 100k views in 12 hours.

Recently returned from a very successful trip to Los Angeles where he performed at MUSEXPO, Shobsy has released the latest single, Entertainment, a genre-hopping synth pop track.

Speaking about Entertainment the artist says;

In an age where songs are consumed like popcorn - Entertainment - is a song designed to satisfy and satiate even the most hungry of listeners. The track toys with the idea of how the artist has become the slave of its audience, doing anything and everything in order to Entertain. But don't read too much into it...this is Entertainment, nothing more, nothing less
