Irish indie-folk singer songwriter Sarah Buckley releases pensive new single

Inspired by the world class lyricism of songwriters such as Alex Turner, Matt Berninger and Julia Jacklin – Sarah Buckley manages to avoid the trap of imitating her heroes; instead channels their influence into something rare and immediately compelling.

The alt-folk artist from Cork, Ireland, has been gigging extensively around Ireland since gaining recognition with the release of her debut single You've Got Me, which would receive 1.3 millions radio impressions, followed by the successful EP,s Magic Powers and Wind Chimes both released in 2023.

The latest single Broken Wing features delicate finger-style with Sarah's soft vocals dealing with the themes of relationships.

With each release Sarah continues to hone and develop her sound. The next EP is due for release in Autumn 2024
