Award winning singer-songwriter, Niv, returns with her unique touching sound with her latest release, God Knows.

Nív has performed at festivals like Brigid 2025, Vantastival and Electric Picnic and venues like The Sugar Club and Whelans. Nív's solo career has had growing success; releasing three singles on all platforms, gaining over 48k Spotify streams and 25k new listeners across 73 countries.

The latest single, God Knows, taken from Niv's forthcoming EP, is a metaphoric song that uses the imagery of god and worship to convey how we idolise our future selves and that idea that our future selves have everything figured out. Nív wanted capture a sound that was warm and almost nostalgic and felt like the piano and choral harmonies create this kind of atmosphere.

God Knows, was produced by Matt Winston. Nív and Matt worked very closely on this track to create the sound they both heard from the lyrics and melody of the piece.

I wrote it at a time where I was feeling quite useless and was constantly imagining how my life could be better in a few years; rather than living in the present.
