Megan released the single, Twenty Two back in November 2023 which features on the latest EP. The track seen the singer artfully explores the naivety of young love and the enduring impact it can have on one's heart, even in the absence of concrete commitment.

The six-track EP, Made of Sin, is a beautiful piece of musical art featuring Megan accompanied mainly by piano. Each song sounds delicate and carefully crafted.

Megans interpretation of The Waterboys The Whole Of The Moon takes the song to a different, more emotional level.

Also featured on the EP is the lead single, Made of Sin. Speaking about the track Megan says;

Made of Sin was written after a walk I had taken out to the sea in Dún Laoghaire, after needing to get some space. I remember so vividly the water sparking or the loinnir uisce as we call it in Irish, and how it brought me some peace. I was struggling with trying to understand how people we allow into our lives could turn out to be so cruel and treat us so poorly and how I would learn to heal from that. I am not made of sin and it's important that the people I love and that love me see and know that. Musically, I wanted the instrumentation to replicate that chaos the situation would often make me feel while allowing the vocals to be soft and delicate yet instructive.

About the soon to be released EP Nic Ruairí says;

The EP is a journey, bookended by two cinematic pieces and centred by a lover's lament. My love for the song 'The Whole of the Moon' is very well known and it felt special to record my own version of it, with Mike Scott's blessing. 'See you Better' is for my mama. I tried to understand her better while she battled cancer but as the song developed it manifested into me wanting to be a better person for the people I love. She's a tough woman and I'm so grateful for the person she's helped me become.
This EP may have taken a few years but this is exactly when it needed to be released. All tracks were recorded three years ago but I believe that I needed to grow as a woman to understand the type of artist I wanted to be and to give the space for these pieces to turn into the body of work that I am very proud to be releasing.
