Heavy hitting genre hopping Irish 5-piece Idle Discourse release blistering EP

Irish band Idle Discourse are a heavy-hitting, genre-hopping five-piece band that have seamlessly created a sound that is both refreshingly innovative and authentically Irish.

Challenging the norms of contemporary music the band has a wide range of influences spanning multiple genres, influencing a diverse sound full of pop choruses, rap verses, and exciting melodies.

In 2022, the band released their debut EP, Volume One, which has since accumulated more than 80k Spotify streams. Now with a fresh batch of songs Idle Discourse release their follow up 9 new track EP, Volume Two, along with the lead single Caveat.

The latest single blends heavy riffs, rock drums, dance beats with distorted guitar and a blistering rap sounding vocal delivery.

Speaking about the single Caveat, the band say;

Caveat is a powerful and introspective song that delves into the themes of existential struggle and the search for personal empowerment and enlightenment.
