Singer songwriter Helen Townsend has carved out a reputation as a dynamic force with her unique fusion of roots-rock, blues, country, and folk and masterful storytelling.

Ahead of the album launch Townsend's has giving a taste of what to expect with the release of Demons, a hauntingly powerful alt country track about battling with addiction, characterized by a moody, introspective vibe and a dynamic shift from tension to resolution.

Speaking about the track Townsend says;

Demons is a plea to someone very close to me, as I watched him struggle and create chaos in his world. This song expresses my desperate desire to rescue him and keep him safe from his inner demons.
